SRSG – Customer Relationship Management (CRM)

Project Objective: To handle their business and operations activities, SRSG required a CRM system that is easy to use and can put multiple teams within the entire organization on the same page. The prime objective was to get a holistic view of the workflows on the Sales & Business sides through the CRM solution in order to better communicate and track & close deals.

Real time syncing of data between the CRM system and SAP Business One (ERP solution) was one of the critical requirements.

Project Description
A CRM solution to enable SRSG to migrate from spreadsheets or traditional sales management system to an application that is mobile, social, gamified and can be used by anyone in the organization. The CRM solution needed to be flexible to create meaningful custom workflows according to the business needs.

Two way integration with SAP Business One in real time allowed data exchange between SRSG CRM and SAP B1. The SRSG CRM includes a host of other features such as Lead & Opportunity management, Target vs Achievements, Timesheet management, Email marketing, Reports and more.
