Project Objective: To create a “Know Your Customer” app to collect data from vendors right from the mobile app. The app replaces the old method of collecting data through paper forms. The data is collected in Real-Time from the mobile app and syncs up with a centralized database.
The primary requirement was to make the process of collecting data dynamic and extremely simple such that it is incredibly convenient to collect vendor data from anywhere, anytime.
There’s a growing need of a KYC mobile application in order to replace the manual system of collecting data from vendors/customers via paper forms. We built a mobile application that automates the process of collecting and storing information on a centralized database. This paperless systems also allows Neoteric to collect customer information from anywhere, anytime by just pulling out a smart phone.
The app has a login screen and houses multiple forms to collect data. The form inside the app validates the data in Real Time before submitting to avoid spam entries. A provision to edit and verify the form entries is allowed before the final submission.
